Inkally uses minimal cookies, in 3 categories. Essentials are required for the site to work; the others are fully optional.

• inkally-theme — light / dark / system preference, 1 year, samesite=lax (essential)

• inkally-cookie-consent — remembers your choice on this page, 1 year (essential)

Local storage

The French CNIL treats local storage as a tracker (ePrivacy applies the same way as cookies). For full transparency, here is everything Inkally stores in your browser — each entry is used only by the app, never sent to a third party:

• inkally-a11y-prefs — accessibility preferences (motion, contrast)
• inkally:sound-prefs, inkally:notif-categories — sounds and notification categories
• inkally:suggestions:* — pinned suggestions per field
• inkally:dashboard:layout:v1 — dashboard widgets order and visibility
• inkally:stock-prefs:* — stock adjustment preferences per batch
• inkally:music:saved — day-mode playlist
• inkally:wallpaper:revenueHidden — eye-toggle that hides daily revenue
• inkally:wallpaper:shiftSteps — your custom RDV-shift steps
• inkally:logo-drawn — flag to avoid replaying the logo animation

All of these are UX preferences or functional local memory. None identifies the user, none sends data to a third party. Per the CNIL 2020-091 deliberation, they are all exempt from consent collection (display and personalisation preferences).

No third-party cookies, no analytics, no marketing cookies, no social pixels, no reCAPTCHA, no YouTube/Vimeo embeds are currently set. The toggles below are prepared for future use — for now they only record your choice without activating anything.
